This class moves at a faster pace, designed to challenge while emphasizing proper form. Whether you're a mover comfortable with the basics but eager to take on new challenges or a more advanced mover, you'll find a workout that pushes you while keeping technique at the forefront.​
REACH
This class is designed for members ready to take their practice to the next level with a more advanced flow. Previous Pilates experience is required to ensure proper technique and safety throughout the session. Get ready to challenge yourself with dynamic movements and focused control.

Your first class
Starting something new can feel a bit intimidating. Here are a few tips to make your first class as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

WHAT TO EXPECT
When you arrive, we’ll give you a quick tour of the studio and introduce you to the reformer machine. Your instructor will review any modifications or adjustments based on your individual needs, so don’t worry if you’re completely new—this is a judgment-free zone!

DURING CLASS
Your first session is all about getting familiar with the reformer and learning the fundamentals of Pilates. The instructor will guide you through the basics, focusing on alignment, breath, and form, while ensuring you feel supported and confident every step of the way.​
